We thoroughly enjoyed the whole Secret Dalmatia experience and had a wonderfully memorable week.

Specifically, our driver from the train station in Zagreb right through to when he dropped us in Split, was absolutely wonderful. Our local guide in Zagreb was also especially lovely. All the guides and drivers were great but these two were “extra great”.

We enjoyed the whole week, the standout being the day trip to the winery on the peninsula. That was a complete novel and extremely memorable experience. We bought some wine and olive oil to indulge ourselves in over the next couple of days!

We loved Croatia and would love to come back another time to explore other areas like the islands off Split, and maybe other areas around the peninsula, with your guidance. We would plan to do this earlier in the year and out of the high tourist season.

Please pass on our thanks to all our drivers and local guides – they were great fun and very professional and courteous throughout the whole trip.

Thanks again for all your help Diana, especially with the unexpected train disruption from Austria. We are now in Istanbul for 10 days and tomorrow join another tour but with a larger group. From there we go to London for 10 days then home at the end of August.
