Day 1
Welcome to Zagreb
Meet your tour leader in the afternoon for a welcome drink at the hotel’s restaurant. The afternoon continues with a walking tour of Zagreb’s beautiful historic center, followed by a dinner at the iconic restaurant “Trilogija”. Toast to the beginning of your Croatian adventure!
Day 2
Varaždin Town
Visiting the baroque town of Varaždin is the best way to continue your journey. Close to the capital city, it still preserves the charm of the old times and, combined with traditional cuisine of the region, makes for a fabulous second day, before heading to the shimmering coast of the Croatian Adriatic.
Day 3
Plitvice Lakes National Park
Leave for Plitvice National Park after breakfast. Walk the planked trails along the lakes and explore the grandeur of this unique region in the company of your tour leader. This is one of the most popular sites in all of Europe! Reach Split in the late afternoon and check into the hotel Judita Palace. Relax by soaking up the atmosphere of the old town as the last rays of sun wrap up the day.
Day 4
UNESCO heritage of Split and Trogir
Split is one of the most popular destinations in all of Croatia! Originated from the palace of the Roman Emperor Diocletian, the city still lives within its ancient walls. Continue to the historic Trogir and finish up the daywith an exclusive food tasting at chef Tatjana’s medieval palace home.
Day 5
To the Hvar Island
Leave after breakfast for one of the most unique islands of the Mediterranean! The island of Hvar is a spectacle for all senses. Check into Hotel Adriana upon arrival and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 6
The Stories of Hvar with Wine Tasting
Enjoy a very exclusive cultural tour of Hvar Island combined with tasting some of the best local wines. The tour ends with a special lunch served in the hillside.
Day 7
Oysters of Ston and Dubrovnik
The program continues with a scenic drive further south and another sumptuous treat: oysters and seafood of the Ston bay. You will reach Dubrovnik in the late afternoon hours to enjoy your evening at leisure.
Day 8
Dubrovnik Old Town
The morning starts with a special walking tour of the Old Town, discovering its numerous and very special cultural and historical treasures. Your local guide will take you on a fascinating journey through the shiny streets of a very unique town. The rest of the day is at leisure to further explore on your own.
Day 9
Wine Tour of Pelješac
Your adventure in the Dubrovnik area continues with a visit to Croatia’s wine empire – Pelješac peninsula. Your host is one of the most passionate young winemakers in all of the country. Learn about wine-making tradition in the area and enjoy a classic Dalmatian dish ‘peka’ as a farewell meal!
Day 10
Departure day
As you conclude your Croatian journey, enjoy a private transfer to the airport. The departures are scheduled in time for your flights – until we meet again in the majestic Croatia!

If interested in a fully private tour – regardless of the number of guests – based on our itinerary, we can offer this program year-round (with some limitations from November to April).

A classic introduction to Croatia’s highlights and its most stunning regions; Majestic Croatia™ travel itinerary is a proper way to be impressed by the treasures of Croatia. From striking waterfalls of the Plitvice Lakes, and the imposing walls of the Diocletian’s Palace in Split, to well-known gems of the Adriatic such as Hvar Island, and the indispensable city of Dubrovnik. The program in its original form is one of our most popular itineraries but it can be further adjusted based on your interests and preferences.
When to Travel
To be part of our small group tour of Croatia, please reserve the month of May. This program is offered only in May as that is usually one of the most beautiful months to travel in Croatia. Another popular period to travel would be from mid-September to mid or late October when the region is not as crowded and the weather still quite nice. Feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging a private version of this program. However, some limitations may occur due to off-season travel.
Payments
A 30% refundable deposit payment is due upon booking of this program. After we have received the payment, you will be sent an official confirmation to your mail. Balance payment is due one month prior to arrival. We accept wire transfer and major credit cards through our secure payment gateway (Visa, Amex, Mastercard).
