The trip was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations by far!!! Your assistance in planning this was wonderful – we would never have been able to experience the things we did without your planning. Every step went absolutely smoothly. We loved our guides in every city – Vesna in Dubrovnik, Andrea at Stari Grad and Hvar, Nives in Split and Ivana in Zagreb. All of the drivers were also wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable about the areas.

Our absolute favorite hotel was Palace Judita in Split. The location was ideal. The size of the hotel was wonderful and the staff in particular were very friendly and funny. Our next favorite was the Bellevue in Dubrovnik. The location and view were amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed all of our tours. The guides were so knowledgeable and amazing. All the walking tours were amazing. My personal favorites were the mussels and Oyster lunch in Stari Grad (truly best mussels and oysters ever!), the Peka lunch in Cavat, and the walking tour in Plitvice (would love to have had more time!!)

As a whole, we have never had food as consistently outstanding as we did on this trip. Each night we would re rank our favorite and by the end we could no longer decide! Restaurants we enjoyed that we would recommend include:

Dubrovnik – Zuzori Much smaller and would highly recommend reservations.

Stari Grad – Kod Barba Luke – wonderful traditional Croation meals

Split – Zinfandels’s – a wine bar with menu

Split – pizza at Galija was very good

Zagreb – Nokturno (amazing Octopus salad for lunch – traditional Croation menu)

Zagreb – Agava – highly recommend reservations

We are already trying to figure out how and when we can get back to Croatia! We would love more time at Plitvice but have other regions we would love to visit!! We would definitely work with you again when we are able to find a time!!
