Thank you so much for the incredible trip you planned for our group. We had such an amazing time with so many original experiences. Your organizational skills and oversight were evident and I appreciate you checking in throughout the week.

The hotels were all convenient and allowed us to easily explore on our own. We especially loved the Hotel Judita Palace. The rooms were beautiful but the staff were what made it extra special. They were kind and very helpful when Laura lost her luggage, remembered our breakfast orders, and had a wonderful sense of humor. We felt well taken care of.

The food and wine we had all week was incredible! The pairing at Paradox was fabulous. It was such a wonderful introduction to Croatia and the staff were very kind. Our dinner at the abandoned village was so delicious. I will never forget the roasted lamb and veal dish. Such a original experience!

Our evening at Kopun was wonderful. The food and wine chosen for us were delicious and that lovely setting was a perfect ending for our tour of the Old Town. Our impromptu tour and tasting of the oysters in Ston was such a special experience and a highlight of Jennifer’s week. Our day with Mario was wonderful. The lunch of wild boar paired his wines is one we will never forget. We also enjoyed our creative lunch at Rizman with their delicious wines overlooking the sea. The prawns were incredible!

What fabulous tours with Natasa, Vesna and Ana! We love meeting intelligent, interesting women and enjoyed our time with them. Our day with Chef Tatjana was also very special. Our time with her and her husband in their lovely home was one we will ever forget. I continue to dream about her smokey cabbage rolls.

The boat transfer was an incredible day. We had so much fun and felt like movie stars.

We fell in love Croatia- the food, wine, and people were all very special. We feel privileged to have experienced it as we did with your help.
