My husband and I were referred to Secret Dalmatia by close friends and boy were we glad we followed their lead. Our agent, Dubravka was nothing short of perfect. From our initial emails where we brainstormed about our hopes and expectations to her flawless planning of our trip , Dubravka was a superstar. Each day was so well planned, the tours were interesting, the sights were spectacular and we truly felt we were able to leave with a deeper understanding of Croatia and it’s fascinating culture and history. We have very specific food restrictions and once again Dubravka tailored each dining choice to our needs. She was even able to arrange for us to have 2 different meals cooked in a local’s home. The trip was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations by far!!! Your assistance in planning this was wonderful - we would never have been able to experience the things we did without your planning. Every step went absolutely smoothly. We loved our guides in every city - Vesna in Dubrovnik, Andrea at Stari Grad and Hvar, Nives in Split and Ivana in Zagreb. All of the drivers were also wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable about the areas.

Our absolute favorite hotel was Palace Judita in Split. The location was ideal. The size of the hotel was wonderful and the staff in particular were very friendly and funny. Our next favorite was the Bellevue in Dubrovnik. The location and view were amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed all of our tours. The guides were so knowledgeable and amazing. I just wanted to let you know that we had an AWESOME trip to Slovenia and Croatia. It was the most seamless trip ever and we all appreciated all of your hard work to make it so. I’m not sure words will ever express how much we appreciated the trip that you pulled together for us. Memorable, flawless, breathtaking, adventurous, delicious --- all activities a wonderful showcase to an absolutely beautiful country. As we sit in the Munich airport awaiting our flight to NJ, we all had several “favorites” and all want to return again! So, thank you very much for all of your hard work and expertise ---- this will be a trip we will never forget.

As a matter of fact, we are seriously thinking of doing another trip next summer ----- we think island hopping would be another great way to see a different part of Croatia. I’ll need to check our schedules, etc. but right now we are hoping we can do that. If we do, we will definitely reach out to you for your expertise. Hi! I know we still have a few days left but I can already tell that we will be sad to leave Croatia. It's been just great so far and I thank you for your planning! Before I forget I wanted to say how impressed and happy we have been with the guides and skippers and drivers. Mislav, Bepo and Ivan have been great on the boats - professional but relaxed. Dom was fantastic all day with us, we really loved him and of course Frani and Goran were educational and terrific too. Nives gave me a crash course in Croatian history and answered all my hundreds of questions! And I forget the name of our bike guide but the whole excursion to Konavle Valley will stay with us for a long time. I already said how terrific Matija was in Dubrovnik but I'll say it again!

It was a real pleasure for us as well to work with you on this memorable trip and to meet you in person.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to see the beauty of Croatia in such a privileged way and more importantly for offering us many occasions to meet and share some time with exceptional people.
